At Estrellas, we believe that people are, without a doubt, the first and most precious asset of any company. That is why the founding members of each Association, as well as those who have joined later and those who may become part of it in the future, are the greatest treasure of these projects.
We don't aim to change the world, but rather to improve specific, local situations. The first statement is utopian. The second, a great opportunity to do as much good as we can in our immediate surroundings. We don't strive for the impossible. We act for what is possible.
We are driven to leave this world a little better than we found it.
The chaotic dynamics of our world, which seems to have lost its way and dedicates all its energy to promoting death, war, and destruction, compel us to fight back with the weapons of creativity, generosity, and altruism that we all carry within us.
